1. Workshop Series Overview

• The series consists of workshops, Q&A, and community groups.
• Program elements will be communicated via email.
• Participants will have access to recorded sessions for up to 90 days after the conclusion of the course.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment for the series is due in full upon registration or in a series of four payments.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the series and request a refund within 7 days of the first workshop, you will receive a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day grace period.
• Replays of live events will be available in the course home.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If the WellTuned Woman is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.

4. Participant Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully during the workshops.
• Demeaning or dehumanizing behavior may result in removal from the workshop and forfeiture of the registration fee.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials presented during the workshops, including slides, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the organizer.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

6. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ohio.

8. Confidentiality:

• The organizer will maintain HIPAA compliance for identifiable health information through the course home.
• However, content is delivered in a group format where you may chose to disclose personal information.
